We utilize real time quotes from our preferred shipping carriers in the interests of providing our customers with the lowest possible prices.

We do not consider shipping as an area to generate additional profit or a way to offset our discounted product prices to our customers.

In some instances of large orders, multiple boxes may be required and the shipping rates designated in the order may not calculate multiple boxes. We will contact you with any additional shipping before processing the order.

 

Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

  United States Postal Service Shipping Disclaimer


Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.). The United States Priority Mail Service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide reliable tracking.

Please keep in mind that if you choose the United States Postal Service as your method of shipping, Powersport Grafx will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for you shipment once it leaves our facility.

We suggest our regular UPS shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damages packages.

 

 Returns and Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your Powersport Grafx product, please call 1- for a Return Authorization within 14 calendar daysof the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective.

Please be aware that all canceled orders are subject to a 40.00$ cancellation fee.

Instructions and recommended application techniques are provided in your package. Defects of products due to use of unauthorized application procedures will not be replaced or exchanged.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Powersport Grafx will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Powersport Grafx warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.

 

Please note that Powersport Grafx does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:


  • Once any product is applied to an object absolutely NO warranty can be made for defects in the quality of the workmanship.
  • Product that is customized to your specifications, including personalized products without a default in product quality.

 

Custom Configured Products

 

Powersport Grafx offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications, and Powersport Grafx encourages you to review your order carefully. A proof of artwork is submitted to the customer prior to shipment in most cases. Please look at this carefully before giving your approval.

Since a custom-configured product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production. Please review Powersport Grafx's return and refund policy carefully before ordering.

NOTE: Power Sport Grafx recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Powersport Grafx or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment.

Items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior Return Authorization.
