Q: Where do I log in on the website?
A: Click on the sign in or create an account link at the top of any page of our site.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: This depends on several factors that range from current order volume, total items ordered, proofing process, complexity of the work requested, and your geographical location relative to our facility. We recommend contacting us for further assistance.
Q: What is the turn around time for graphic orders?
A: Normally for semi custom kits, customers can expect the first proof within 3-5 business days. This time frame could however depend on several factors such as order volume, nature of the custom work requested and the availability of certain custom logos requested.
Ready to Ship kits have no proofs and are guaranteed shipped in 2 business days.
Pre-Printed Backgrounds ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00AM EST and ship the following day if the order is received after 11:00AM EST. This time frame could depend on several factors as the semi custom kits do.
Q: How can I find the status of my order?
A: After you log in to your account, click on View Order Status in your account control panel.
Q: Explain to me what proofs are and when do I get one?
A: Proofs are drafted versions of the work you have requested; transformed in to an image or PDF document in order to send to you via email for approval. Proofs are generally given on orders over $100.00. This includes kits, fender sets with more than four sponsors and custom work. You can request up to three proofs at no additional charge. After three proofs an additional $40.00 will be applied to your order total for extra proofs.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me once in transit?
A: Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Page for details.
Q: Why has my order not been shipped yet?
A: The time it takes to complete most work can depend on several factors such as order volume and custom work. Generally on semi-custom kits we guarantee a three to five business day turn around.
Q: What is the difference between semi custom, custom, and ready to ship graphics?
A: Semi custom graphics can be defined as any artwork that is featured on any of our products where you would define sponsor logos and exact placement. Custom graphics can be defined as art work that does not appear on our website and/or is of a design that you specify to be created by our artists. Ready to Ship can be defined as any artwork that appears on our website that is fitted with predefined sponsors (no changes can be made beyond the addition of a name, number, and background color on number plates). See our KTM 2014 Factory for an image with preinstalled Sponsors.
Q: What is Gripz and what parts of the bike graphics do I get it on?
A: Gripz is a lightweight textured material (2x the thickness of our standard material) that replaces the standard MX vinyl providing additional areas for contact and stability. A good example of its use would be when applied to shroud graphics. When you grip the shrouds and gas tank with your knees no slippage will occur. When Gripz is selected for number plate decals the side plates will be covered with the material. When Gripz is selected for kits the shrouds and air box are covered with the material. Additional charges apply for other graphics parts contact us for samples and details.
Q: If I have a custom order or a past order can I reorder one or more parts from that order?
A: Yes you can. Please contact us or for reprints of past orders. To better serve you please have your previous order number ready when calling.
